Dear Family,
It is written in Psalm 31:24, “Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord.”
As we trust in the Lord, we will be strong and full of hope.
In an abundance of caution and per health officials recommendation, including the Village of Ridgewood Health Department, Emmanuel has made the difficult decision to close until further notice beginning today, Monday, March 16, 2020.
We believe that this decision is in the best interest of our community and hold our social responsibility to protect the health and safety of everyone as our highest priority. It is important to note that there have been reported cases in Ridgewood; however, no suspected exposure at Emmanuel.
By voluntarily closing along with the Ridgewood Public Schools and many other organizations within the nearby towns and cities, our hope is that together we can protect our entire community and find strength in this unprecedented communal effort to limit the spread of COVID-19.
We will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves and do everything we can to be a service to our community. Please monitor our website and follow us on Facebook and Instagram for updates and information as we will be sending news and information about Sunday Service and other ministries.
Let us continue to be vigilant and earnestly pray for the health and well-being of all.
Trusting the Lord,
Pastor Arturo Pierre Lewis
