Emmanuel, in our 130th anniversary year, invites you to try something different! We want to celebrate you, our neighbors, families, friends, new and old, with a free BBQ, games, music with a DJ and a movie.
You gave us “a reason for being here” for 130 years at the corner of Hope Street and E. Ridgewood Avenue — to serve up faith, hope, and love for our community! So please come and enjoy free food, fun and fellowship with our appreciation!
Our forefathers and mothers back in 1891, gave us a great gift by choosing the name Emmanuel which means “God with us.” Us means everyone, is included – no exceptions! Come “try something different!” – Let’s celebrate together! It will be fun!
This event is FREE! Saturday, July 24, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. rain or shine at Emmanuel Church, 14 Hope Street, Ridgewood, NJ.
- BBQ hots, hamburgers, salads and soft drinks
- Games like Disney Bingo, Slime Table, Freeze Dancing with a DJ and
prizes for all kids - Movie from 5:00 p.m. featuring “The Wish Dragon” on an extra wide
screen. Popcorn machine & snacks in the Peace Lounge.
